Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily morning meetings to align the team on priorities and progress
• Allocate and distribute deals to Deal Managers, while actively managing Deal Manager capacity
• Review and assess deals within the pipeline to ensure quality, readiness, and alignment with objectives
• Set and manage deal priorities to support efficient execution and delivery
• Oversee and manage receivable escalations, ensuring timely resolution
• Compile and deliver weekly project management updates on team performance and deal progress
• Provide ongoing deal feedback and guidance to Senior Deal Managers
• Ensure consistent implementation, adherence, and continuous improvement of internal processes
• Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
