About the Role

We’re excited to be hiring a DC Team Manager to join our high‑performing Brendale Distribution Centre, leading the PM shift (2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.), Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the DC Operations Manager - PM, you’ll take charge of operations within our fast‑paced Distribution Centre. This is your chance to lead a high‑performing team, ensuring service delivery is efficient, accurate, and always on time. You’ll be at the heart of planning and managing labour, setting the standard for clear communication, and championing a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
