Maintain performance and ensure the function of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Act as the primary support for Distribution Center (DC) operation for any WMS-related matter on DC operation.
Develop and maintain tracking tools to support service request and resolution.
Manage and prioritize multiple requests to ensure timely response to the users.
Communicate with DC operation (and any related party) to identify needs and alternative business solution.
Develop and configure the WMS based on the request approved for a better DC operation result. Create DC Business Requirement Document (BRD) for any changes related to the WMS in DC.
Work with Super Indo Technology Team to successfully close support service request issues and support testing.
Initiate and implement improvement for WMS application/function to support operation.
