What You’ll Do:

+ Provide 1:1 support to a participant throughout the day

+ Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, meals, mobility)

+ Support participation in community outings (parks, stores, libraries)

+ Implement behavior support plans and redirect as needed

+ Ensure safety, engagement, and well-being at all times

+ Ride along during transportation to support the participant
