Adherence to Unit Times: Strictly adhere to and meet pre-defined unit times for each task and consistently work toward meeting daily/weekly processing targets.
Data Integrity & Maintenance: Proactively monitor and update claim statuses upon receiving results, ensuring all records in the portal are current, accurate, and comply with company standards.
Administrative Support: Manage documentation and filing related to claims, ensuring electronic files are organized and easily accessible.
Written Communication: Utilize excellent knowledge of the English language to ensure clarity and professionalism in all written correspondence (internal notes, emails, and portal documentation).
