Position Responsibilities:

Work closely with customers to understand their challenges, solve issues during critical escalations, and teach best practices. Act as the “voice of the customer”, bring learnings to the engineering process to design new features and plan end-to-end test scenarios. By shaping the direction of the RDS service, make it easier to understand how service is used by customers, including database developers and administrators. Actively drive feature enhancements, permanently resolve the root causes of issues, and improve the performance of our managed database service.
