Location: Chandler, Arizona (Hybrid)

Employment Type: 12 Months Contract

Role Overview

This position involves the full life cycle management of DB2 mainframe databases, from initial analysis through decommissioning. The role will also engage in DB2 related z/OS Database initiatives, REXX programming, Python programming, and the extraction of SMF data for performance analysis. A hybrid work schedule is required, with a minimum of three days per week onsite.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete lifecycle of DB2 mainframe databases.

Participate in z/OS Database initiatives related to DB2.

Develop and maintain REXX and Python programs.

Extract and analyze SMF data to monitor and improve DB2 performance.
