Key responsibilities:
* Leading the team who own and maintain GLD's knowledge systems (three document and legal knowledge search platforms using SharePoint, WordPress and Sitecore technologies and a document automation tool), including line management responsibilities, establishing clear priorities and setting performance and project objectives for the team.
* Working with system users and content creators, to ensure the systems are effective and content meets needs, including accessibility requirements.
* Finding innovative ways to make use of the systems currently available to meet the changing needs of the organisation.
* Project managing improvements to our current systems and working with a variety of stakeholders to achieve effective outcomes and value for money.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external technology experts and acting as the link between these experts and system users.
