The Data Scientist drives this agenda by turning complex, diverse datasets into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across Operations and Customer Experience (CX).
Building on Sonova's global strategy, this role designs, develops, and deploys advanced data science and machine learning solutions and increasingly generative AI and agentic workflows in close collaboration with global data and digital teams, IT, and business stakeholders across Operations. Solutions are built to be secure, scalable, and aligned with business priorities.
