Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Scientist to join our Customer Retention Marketing and Customer Analytics team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models, solving business problems through analytics, and translating customer data into actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

2–5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Marketing Analytics, or Customer Analytics. Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production or business environment. Model Explainability, Ensemble Learning Techniques, Imbalanced Classification Handling, Survival Analysis and Time-based Validation and Model Monitoring and Drift Detection.
