Administer systems and tools managed by the Data Protection & Management (DPM) Group to ensure smooth operations and functionality.
Support system users by troubleshooting issues and coordinating with developers/vendors for effective resolutions.
Participate in meetings to align updates, requirements, and system improvements.
Design and implement streamlined workflows for organizational processes, while preparing and delivering reports that provide actionable insights to support the Group and Departments strategic objectives.
Conduct feedback through surveys to drive continuous improvement of tools and workflows.
