This role is responsible for the day-to-day operational support of the data platform, acting as the first line of response for tickets, alerts, and data-related requests. The position ensures platform stability, resolves issues efficiently, and enables data engineering teams to focus on project delivery and long-term improvements.

- Triage and resolve data platform tickets and alerts.
- Manage data access requests and platform configuration changes.
- Monitor and fix ETL/ELT pipeline failures and delays.
- Handle data, operator, and system amendments.
- Maintain operational queues and prevent stalled tickets.
- Investigate data quality issues and dashboard discrepancies.
