We’re Hiring: Data Operations Manager

Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and driving operational excellence across digital media campaigns? We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Data Operations Manager to join an innovative and fast-paced team!

In this role, you will:

• Lead data operations and quality assurance processes
• Develop scalable data solutions and automation initiatives
• Work cross-functionally with Digital Media, Analytics, Marketing Science, and Technology teams
• Build impactful dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau and/or Power BI
• Optimize campaign performance across digital and media platforms

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience in Data Operations, Business Intelligence, or Data Management
• Strong hands-on experience with R scripting and SQL
