This role is highly detail‑oriented and execution‑focused, responsible for monitoring a shared customer inbox, researching existing records to prevent duplicates, and creating or updating customer records across multiple ERP systems. The specialist will validate customer information such as addresses and documentation, perform routine data quality checks, resolve discrepancies, and communicate updates with internal brands and operating companies across different time zones.
