This is a senior, delivery-first role for an experienced engagement professional who thrives in complex, multi-workstream environments. As a Data Engagement Manager you will be the operational backbone of our Australian client engagements - running the end-to-end delivery engine while working in close partnership with onshore Engagement Managers and the Director of Client Partnerships.
You will not just execute - you will elevate. You bring strong project management rigour, a continuous improvement mindset, and enough client-facing capability to contribute meaningfully to stakeholder conversations when needed. You thrive on building systems, identifying delivery gaps, and setting the standard for how work gets done.
