General Position Requirements / Scope

We are looking for a Senior Data Operations Consultant (SME) to join our Lifecycle Marketing team. In this role, you will serve as the go-to authority for end-to-end campaign execution, owning the operational standards, tooling practices, and quality frameworks that power our customer communications. You bring strong data fluency — including hands-on SQL expertise — that allows you to move fluidly between campaign platforms and the underlying data that drives them. You will work at the intersection of marketing strategy, data engineering, and technology, translating business goals into scalable, high-performing campaigns across channels.

Campaign Execution & Orchestration

• Own the build, QA, and deployment of complex multi-channel campaigns using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), including real-time and batch journeys across email, push, SMS, and in-app.
