Job Description Summary

The Data Centre Operations Technician Team shall be responsible for maintaining operational continuity within the Data Centre. The team’s primary focus shall include monitoring infrastructure 24x7 and responding promptly to alerts and incidents, alongside overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with business and compliance requirements. The team shall ensure all maintenance activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable standards and procedures.

• Install, configure, and test hardware/software to support ongoing business needs.
