Manage and service large-scale 'in-country' data center infrastructure and facilities to ensure 24x7 operations in rotating shifts.
Proactively coordinate and escalated site operational issues and client requirements, ensuring excellent customer experience at all times while following STT GDC GDCO policies and standards.
Support and ensure smooth 24x7 running of operations in the 'in-country' data center.
Act as Level 2 escalation point by overseeing and resolving all on‑site operational incidents and major issues, responding and performing remote requests within SLA.
Understand M&E, security, network and plumbing systems of the building, critical facilities equipment and other equipment associated with the DC environment.
Document and update accurately all requests on the internal web portal ticketing system such as user requests, incidents, provisioning, etc.
