As a Data Center PM, you will:

Responsible for leading construction management using PMO standards, developing and managing detailed schedules, overseeing execution phases, and handling change events.

Responsible for enforcing safety protocols, ensuring quality control through documentation and reporting, and maintaining compliance with codes, standards, and construction technology platforms.

Responsible for applying construction accounting principles for forecasting and reporting, managing multiple contracting methods (lump sum, GMP, design build, etc.), and monitoring vendor performance and expenditures.
