The DataCenter Service / Datacenter Cloud System (DCS) team sits within the TikTok/Bytedance global technology structure and supports the company's fast growth by building and operating hyper‑scale data centers, managing the life cycle of server fleet, providing cloud solutions, and developing various infrastructure services, making sure they are scalable and reliable.
Building a solid 24x7x365 operating framework for TikTok's data centers in Finland: through successfully managing a team of data center professionals, this role will deliver robust site services, increase availability, and decrease MTTR. The Operations leader will also build collaborative partnerships across various internal stakeholder groups at all levels to ensure the requirements and OLAs are met, and build critical partnerships with external vendors to realize the full potential of the services received.
