Location: Toronto, ON — Hybrid (1-2 days/week)

Pay Rate: $54.32/hr - $64.09/hr

Contract Length: 6 months with possibility for extension

Responsibilities

• Data Analyst supporting the ECRM Centre of Excellence, responsible for managing Salesforce license lifecycle, analyzing large datasets (Excel/CSV, Salesforce production data), and delivering insights through Power BI dashboards.
• Stakeholder communication, reporting, and driving process improvements to optimize license usage and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Must-Have Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst
• Strong Power BI Experience...
