Degree or Diploma in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related / quantitative field (essential).
+2 years experience working as part of a progressive data team, ideally in a similar role, with proven experience developing analytics products and working with large data sets, distilling it down and shaping it in a way that informs people centred decisions (essential).
Experience applying analytical formula, modelling and trend forecasting of multiple data sources across systems (essential).
Understanding of data ecosystems, data flows, varying types of data (first- and second-party data) and employee profiling (essential).
Understanding of legal compliance as it relates to personal data and privacy laws (POPIA) (essential).
Experience creating dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) (essential).
