Drive process efficiency by automating reporting and improving data workflows, enabling faster and more reliable decision-making through standardized datasets and dashboards
Core Responsibilities
Identify recurring manual tasks (report preparation, data consolidation, tracker updates) and redesign workflows to reduce cycle time and errors
Build automation using Excel Power Query/Power Pivot, Power BI dataflows, and/or Python (where applicable)
Support digitization of trackers/forms (e.g., standardized templates, structured input, controlled master data)
Consolidate data from multiple sources into clean, standardized datasets (“single source of truth”)
Maintain backend datasets and ensure refresh schedules and data quality controls that support real-time retail, operations, and data dashboards
Implement data governance: KPI definitions, data validation checks, version control, ...
