About the opportunity

The successful candidate should have an Honours or Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Science, Data Engineering or equivalent, and/or have a Bachelor’s degree with substantial evidence of experience working within HPC environments and big data analytics, familiarity with bash commands, with preferential experience with using command-line interface bioinformatic tools.
