Transplant Quality Program

The Transplant Quality Program supports continuous quality improvement, patient safety, and performance excellence within the Multi-Organ Transplant Program. The program is responsible for the collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of clinical and operational data to monitor program performance, evaluate outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Working in close collaboration with interdisciplinary clinical teams, the Transplant Quality Program leads and supports quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the safety, effectiveness, and patient-centeredness of transplant care.
