We have a client looking to being on a Healthcare Data Migration Consultant to support the extraction and archival of legacy EKG data from a Welch Allyn CardioPerfect Workstation environment.
This project stems from an acquisition and involves a standalone, end-of-life system containing a large volume of historical patient EKG records that were not fully integrated into the client’s EMR. The system is no longer supported by the vendor, and previous extraction attempts have failed due to encryption and platform limitations.
This role will require a hands-on, problem-solving consultant capable of working with unsupported systems and developing a viable approach to extract, convert, and preserve clinically relevant data.
Experience working with:
Proprietary or encrypted healthcare application data
Developing custom extraction or workaround approaches when vendor support is unavailable
