Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of client daily & savings processes, including bankruptcies.
• Implement robust controls and procedures; be responsible for controlling and monitoring external providers' flows to detect, prevent, and avoid inefficiencies.
• Ensure the best experience for clients; committed to continuous learning, improvement, and process evolution.
• Create and maintain reports aligned with business and operational needs.
• Use data as a facilitator for decision making: measurement, operational data acquisition, analysis of trends, volumes, and improvements that increase customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive client experience.
