Job Description:

• Lead end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects from Dynamics NAV/D365 to Business Central

• Analyze business requirements, process mapping, and solution design

• Configure, customize, and develop solutions within D365 Business Central

• Handle integrations between D365 and third-party applications/APIs

• Perform data migration from legacy systems using exchange schemes

• Develop and customize reports as per business needs

• Prepare technical documentation (UI design, module design, data flow diagrams)

• Support internal and external stakeholders during implementation and post-go-live

• Ensure high-quality, first-time-right delivery approach

• Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 members
