Overview

We are looking to engage experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants to support a range of ongoing and upcoming digital transformation programmes. This role is suited to consultants with strong functional expertise across D365 Finance & Operations or D365 Customer Engagement who are comfortable working remotely and contributing to full lifecycle implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirement‑gathering sessions with business stakeholders and document functional specifications. Translate business processes into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions across relevant modules.

Configure D365 applications in line with agreed designs and best practices. Produce functional design documentation, process maps, and configuration guides.
