            Mô tả công việc: Job descriptionPurchasing  Inventory Management / Customer Support / Quality Control (Including Overseas Shipping and Product Verification)
Negotiate with suppliers on price, delivery schedules, and quality; develop new suppliers
Develop purchasing plans, manage inventory, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, and conduct stocktaking
Handle inquiries from domestic and overseas customers (especially EU clients), manage returns/exchanges, and adjust delivery schedules
Verify operation and quality of cameras and network devices; troubleshoot issues
Handle international shipping operations including EU (document preparation, customs procedures, carrier coordination)
Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams; propose and implement improvements
