A few months ago, we helped the team hire their Cyber Security Lead. He's since stepped into the Interim Head of IT role, creating an opportunity for an experienced Security Lead to come in and keep the momentum going.

This is a genuine leadership role focused on:

• Operationalising the company's AI Security & Governance framework.
• Leading identity and access initiatives.
• Providing technical oversight across security operations.
• Mentoring the Security Engineer and partnering with engineering teams to mature security across the business.

They're looking for someone who has led security programs, has strong cloud and identity experience, and is comfortable balancing technical depth with stakeholder engagement. Experience with AI governance or secure AI adoption will be highly regarded.
