MAJOR FUNCTIONS
Supervise the Ordering Team on the timely and accurate processing of customer orders including initial stocks.
Actively attends to customers' complaints and provide efficient resolution that will satisfy both the customer and the Management.
Assist in receiving and processing of customer orders.
Ensure 100% payment of all orders.
Monitor and analyze data to increase business operations efficiency and attain the departmental KPIs.
Maintain training matrix and ensure employees are adequately trained and competent within their role to ensure logistical activities.
Assist and supports the Operation Manager towards the achievement of departmental and corporate medium to long-term goals and objectives.
Perform tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time.
