Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the Customer Support team.

* Monitor team performance and ensure service targets are achieved.

* Handle customer escalations and provide effective resolutions.

* Conduct team training, coaching, and performance reviews.

* Prepare reports and maintain customer service quality standards.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.

Requirements

* 3–4 years of experience in Customer Support, with at least 2 year in a Team Leader role.
