Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with the Supervisor and Technicians to perform all the functions of maintenance job orders
  • Generate the ticket for the maintenance through the software
  • Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries including emergencies
  • Cold call to arrange meetings with prospects for new business
  • Make accurate cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
  • Managing stocks of supplies, tools and equipment
  • Keeping a record of maintenance works carried out for reporting
  • Ensuring the Technicians complies with health and safety regulations at site

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in coordinator position
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills in English and Arabic
  • Bachelor’s or Diploma degree
  • Proficient in MS Office and Software Applications
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
