As a Customer Support Representative, you are the central point of contact for our customers and ensure a high level of service throughout the entire customer journey. You combine customer communication with structured order and service coordination in a system-driven environment. In this role, you act as a key interface between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Service, and Operations.
What You Will Do
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and digital channels, handling inbound service and order inquiries
- Own and coordinate the order management process (Sales & Service) from quotation through to invoicing
- Handle returns, warranty cases, pricing requests, and order status updates
- Coordinate service activities with field service technicians and ensure clear communication with customers
