Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and process taxi bookings accurately
Assist customers with inquiries, changes, and complaints professionally
Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and smooth operations
Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (international experience preferred)
Experience in UK taxi dispatch is a plus
Excellent spoken English (neutral or British accent preferred)
Willingness to work night/rotational shifts
Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts
