Your Role - Act as the key liaison between customers and internal engineering teams
- Handle customer enquiries and provide technical support
- Investigate product issues and perform failure analysis
- Prepare failure analysis reports and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with Quality, Production and Engineering teams to resolve customer concerns
- Lead containment activities during quality incidents
- Gather customer feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives
