POSITION PROFILE: Based in: Singapore
Key Duties & Responsibilities: - works closely with the Sales team to provides support and perform sales activities
- responsible to manage a group of customers, answering customer questions
- Handling complaints, executing the follow up needed for complaints received from customers
- Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics, and other key data
- Provide administrative assistance which includes issuing or quotation, samples, monitoring of payment etc.
