IHUBApp helps organizations launch branded digital Hubs that bring together updates, events, resources, and community engagement in one place. We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to onboard new customers, drive product adoption, and ensure long-term customer retention. You'll work directly with customers to plan successful launches, train teams on core features, and measure engagement using platform analytics.
What you'll do
- Lead onboarding from kickoff to launch, including configuration, content setup, and training
- Build customer success plans focused on adoption, engagement, and renewal
- Train customers on publishing workflows, scheduled posts, surveys, calls-to-action, and reporting
