Responsibilities

• Establish department and team
• Responsible for maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and wants.
• Coordinate internal teams for customer satisfaction
• Analyze and measure customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities to improve customer experiences and execute.
• Establish necessary SOP and guideline as well as CRM tools for optimization of sales activities
• Responsible for identifying their needs and provide solutions to any issues or challenges.
• Team management
• Responsible for money collection, make sure no overdue outstandings
