Who You Are

• 2+ year's experience in a Customer Support / Customer Success position
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• BA or BS degree preferred.
• HR Tech experience is a plus but not necessary.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed.
• Adaptable to new initiatives
