We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager with 2+ years of experience in the SaaS or IT Software industry, focusing on B2B clients across the GCC and Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in account management, client retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B clients across the GCC and Middle East region
Drive renewals, retention, and build strong long-term partnerships
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell SaaS solutions to meet client business needs
Serve as the main point of contact for client escalations, queries, and ongoing account support
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, support) to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
