Responsibilities

  • Provide quality customer service to clients over phone call or Whatsapp to attend to their enquiries efficiently.
  • Answer customers queries.
  • Actively follow up with customers daily to ask for feedback on their food experience.
  • Compile all the feedback in an Excel sheet based on respective category.
  • Actively share customer feedback to internal department to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience within customer service industry would serve as an advantage.
  • Customer-oriented with good people skills; you will interact with a diverse group of clients.
