Customer Success Coordinator – Southern Europe

EcoVadis is the leading provider of business sustainability ratings and we’re looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to support customers throughout our South-European market. Fluency in English, French and Italian is required (Spanish is a great addition).

Responsibilities

• Provide operational management of customers’ EcoVadis programs (including Sustainable Finance) in support of the Customer Success team.
• Collaborate with global Onboarding and Account Managers to ensure effective implementation of the EcoVadis solution for regional customers.
• Manage both customer‑facing and non‑customer facing operational responsibilities for the regional portfolio, including platform demonstrations, program reports, trainings, Back Office support, data analysis, and presentation creation.
