GENERAL SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, be willing to work a flexible on-site schedule within the HME business hours, have a strong desire to learn, and be open to being taught as well as learning independently. Knowledge of HME and/or medical terminology is encouraged. Proficiency in computer, phone and interpersonal skills is essential.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
+ Requires a high school diploma or GED.
+ College coursework in business or related field preferred.
+ Requires the ability to accurately type and demonstrate proficiency with a personal computer.
+ Requires strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills in order to positively interface with all internal and external customers.
+ Requires the ability to perform simple mathematical calculations and operate basic office equipment.
