About the role

You day-to-day role is to design and deliver solutions for BT’s customers. Your automation design work will specialise in network solutions. Our customers are generally external so you will be recognised with that enhanced level of visibility and responsibility.

What you’ll be doing

• Design and implement automation solutions using Ansible, Terraform, and other IaC tools.
• Develop reusable playbooks, roles, and modules to support infrastructure and application deployment.
• Automate provisioning of cloud and on-premise infrastructure (compute, network, storage).
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with network and platform engineers to automate provisioning and configuration of network infrastructure (including Cisco environments) and cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
