Job Descriptions: Deliver high-quality customer service and meet monthly sales fulfilment. Manage quotations (RFQ/web), order processing, and billing documents. Handle rescheduling requests,customer complaints (RMA, delivery, claims), and contracts/forms. Ensure smooth fulfilment of samples, catalogues, and marketing materials. Prepare regular performance/complaint reports and support customer visits. Participate in meetings, stock takes, and handle calls within stipulated time. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Diploma in Business Admin with 2-3 years' electronics industry experience preferred.
