Job Description - Handle customer inquiries and provide shipment updates.
- Coordinate air, sea, and land shipments with customers and service providers.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents such as BL, AWB, invoices, and packing lists.
- Liaise with carriers, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve shipment issues and customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
Requirements - Min 1 year of freight forwarding or shipping experience.
- Basic knowledge of shipping documents and logistics processes is an advantage.
- Familiar with OBL, HBL, MBL, AWB, and import/export shipping documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
