As a Customer Service Telco Billing Account, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our telecommunications clients. In this full-time role, you will be based in our Davao City, Davao del Sur office, handling inbound customer inquiries and resolving billing-related issues.
What you'll be doing
Responding to inbound customer calls and emails regarding telecommunications billing and account management
Investigating and resolving customer billing inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
Updating customer accounts and processing billing adjustments as needed
Providing customers with clear explanations of billing policies and procedures
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
