As the Laboratory Customer Support, you will play a key role in coordinating customer and laboratory communications across Yili Oceania. You’ll be responsible for managing test requests, tracking sample progress, and ensuring results and reporting are delivered accurately and on time. Acting as the central point of contact, you’ll support both internal teams and external customers to ensure a seamless and professional service experience.
Reporting directly to the Laboratory Manager Glenavy, you will work closely alongside laboratory teams, manufacturing operations, quality, and external laboratory partners. You’ll support workflow visibility, maintain strong data accuracy within laboratory systems, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
